Summary
This bilingual workshop explores the art of relational therapy and Attachment Theory as tools for
healing shame, fostering belonging, and strengthening the therapeutic alliance in Latinx
communities. Through storytelling, reflective dialogue, and experiential exercises, participants
will learn expressive, culturally grounded strategies to enhance attunement, clinical confidence,
and trauma-informed care that centers dignity, personalismo, and social justice.
