Our Commitment

At Latino Social Workers Organization (LSWO), we are committed to advancing the rights and well-being of all communities through professional networking, education, and advocacy. We actively engage with our network to promote cultural competence, social justice, and equitable access to resources.

We firmly believe in the importance of cultural humility and strive to create an inclusive environment where the voices of all social workers are heard and valued. Our goal is to foster a supportive network that uplifts the profession and enhances the impact of social work in Latino communities.
